Component of the SMA MicroParticle ICS Facility Particle Counter System (FPCS). This system is used to measure non-viable particle counts in cleanrooms and controlled environments. The Isoprobe is used for the collection of particles. It connects via tubing to the SMA MicroParticle ICS Particle Counters SMA-MP-ENC-F10 and SMA-MP-ENC-S10. Includes probe, lid, washer, and tubing connection.
