Process2Clean 1 is a high performance alkaline cleaner with an abundance of wetting agents. This product is phosphate free, has minimal to no foaming, and rinses freely.
P2C 1 is VAI’s most effective broad-spectrum process cleaning agent.

Removes: proteins, excipients, fine chemicals, silicones, oils, petrolatum, polymers, waxes, fats, and most all types of organics.

Optimal Use In: automated washers, spray systems, soak, or manual washing.

Process2Clean 2 is a phosphate based detergent formulated with wetting agents. It is low foaming, very free rinsing, and helps to reduce corrosion, pitting, and rusting with routine use. P2C 2 is especially effective on antacid formulations.

Removes: inorganic soils, scale deposits, fine chemicals, polymers, particulate carbons, and coatings.

Optimal Use In: automated wash equipment, spray systems, soak, and manual cleaning.

Process2Clean 3 is a glycolic acid detergent formulated with wetting agents. It is phosphate free, free rinsing, and has excellent detergency with minimal to no foaming. P2C 3 reduces corrosion, pitting, and rusting and aids in removing free metals with routine use.
