Dry Wipers Details

Description

WipeDown, WipeDown High Sorb and WipeDown HC dry wipers are ultra-clean laundered and suitable for use in cleanroom environments.  WipeDown and WipeDown High Sorb dry wipers are 12″ x 12″ in size and constructed of 100% continuous filament polyester designed to be exceptionally clean and absorbent.  The continuous knit construction and pattern has been developed to ensure the greatest product integrity and cleaning performance while offering high resistance to abrasion and picking.  WipeDown HC dry wipers are 9″x9″ in size and constructed of 55% polyester and 45% cellulose spunlace blend.  Particulates, residues, and foreign particles are effectively entrapped in the webbing of both of these materials.

In addition to a continuous knit construction, VAI uses a proprietary cutting method, FocusEdge heat cutting technology.  This ensures that there is a reduction in edge particulates on the wiper that is typically left behind after laser cutting.

VAI dry wipers are available in either sterile or non-sterile versions to suit the needs of your operation.  Sterile versions are sterility assured through gamma irradiation at a 10-6 SAL.  Individual lots are sterility tested according to the USP compendium with lot specific Certificates of Irradiation, Certificates of Sterility, and Certificates of Conformance available upon delivery.

Both WipeDown and WipeDown HC dry wipers can be used for filling and packaging machinery wipe downs, IPA wipe downs, spill control, general wiping, and contamination control. WipeDown High Sorb dry wipers are idea for use in both aseptic and non-aseptic areas to keep the surface dry, residue free, and streak free after chemical application. These wipers are ideal for use in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
