STERI-SILICON®

STERI-SILICON® has been developed for use as a sterile silicon lubricant in aseptic manufacturing areas and cleanrooms where lubrication of machinery, filling machinery, conveyers, turntables, vial fillers, stoppering mechanisms, cappers, door hinges, moving parts, equipment, close to fill moving parts, autoclave doors, incubator doors, stability chamber doors, cart wheels, chains, rollers, delivery chutes, hinges, latches, belts, rubber moldings, drawers, and other areas where the lubrication of automated or manual equipment is essential. STERI-SILICON was specifically developed for Grade A through D where the use of a non-sterile, not filtered, lubricant could potentially instill unwanted bioburden and compromise final product integrity and safety for patients.
